Barbecue Lamb Shoulder

1 c Catsup
1 ts Celery salt
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Honey
6 lb Boned shoulder of lamb (rolled & tied)

Combine catsup, celery salt, Worcestershire, pepper & honey; mix well. Place lamb on spit; brush with honey mixture. Cook on rotisserie 2 hours, brushing frequently with honey mixture during cooking.
