Oriental Lamb

4 lb Lamb;steak of
1 c White Wine
2 Garlic;minced;cloves
2 tb Soy Sauce
1 tb Ginger;grated fresh
Salt;
Pepper;


Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Marinate lamb turning occasionally. Broil or grill to desired degree. Salt and pepper to taste.
