Blackened Sauteed and Grilled Lamb Chops

BLACKENED
Single-thickness lamb chops
Spice mixture


Heat a black castiron skillet until it is very hot. Season chops with a spice mixture and add to pan.

Sauteed: Oil Butter Single-thickness chops Salt and pepper

To a heated skillet add the oil and butter. Season the chops with salt and pepper and add to pan.

Grilled: Seasoning Double-thickness chops

Season the chops and put on grill.
