Braised Honey and Chilli Lamb Shanks

4 Lamb shanks; (4 to 6)
1 pk Continental Honey Lamb Easy Meal
1 ts John West Minced Chilli; (1 to 2)
2 tb Honey; (2 to 3)
1 tb Mint; chopped
1 tb Thyme; chopped
3 Cloves garlic; crushed (3 to 4)
Cracked pepper to season
1 c Water


Preheat the oven to 150 C.

Place the Honey Lamb Easy Meal in a casserole dish and mix in 1 cup water.

Add all the other ingredients apart from the lamb shanks and mix well.

Add the lamb shanks and coat with the mixture.

Cook long and slow for two hours or until the meat falls off the bone.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
