Herbed Lamb Chops

1 Clove garlic, crushed
4 x 100g lamb loin chops
1 ts Cornflour
1/2 c Water
1 tb Chopped fresh mint
1 ts Dried rosemary leaves
2 ts Brown vinegar
1/2 ts Sugar
1 tb Mint jelly


Heat a non-stick frying pan, add garlic and chops, cook until chops are well browned and cooked as desired, remove chops from pan, keep warm.

Combine blended cornflour and water in bowl with remaining ingredients, add to pan, stir constantly over heat until mixture boils and thickens. Return chops to pan, heat until chops are glazed all over.
