Lamb and Ham Kabobs

1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Dry red wine
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Tarragon vinegar
2 tb Chopped green pepper
1 ds Pepper
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1 lb Lamb; cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 lb Ham; cut in 1-inch cubes
1 md Onion; sliced and separated into rings

Combine the first 7 ingredients; add lamb, ham and onions. Stir to coat. Let stand 2 to 3 hours, turning meat occasionally. Alternate lamb and ham on skewers. Broil about 5 inchjes from heat, 15 minutes or until done. Heat marinade to pass.

Serves 4.
