Sirloin Lamb Steak Dijon

4 5-oz boneless top sirloin lamb steaks


Dijon Sauce

1 oz White wine
1/2 t Crushed rosemary leaves
2 tb Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
2 t Honey
1/4 c Apple sauce
1/2 pt Heavy cream
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Black pepper


Season steaks lightly with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.


Broil or barbecue until desired doneness.


In a sauce pan, simmer the rosemary and white wine until almost dry. (Do not allow to burn.)


Add all other ingredients and simmer to desired thickness.


Serve sauce under steak for decorative presentation.
