Texas Breast of Lamb

4 lb Breast of lamb -- in 6-8 pieces
1/2 c Homestyle chili sauce
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1 Onion
2 Cloves garlic -- minced
1 ts Salt
1 tb Chili powder
1/2 ts Tabasco
1 tb Worcestershire

Brown the lamb in a Dutch oven and pour off the fat. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the lamb. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until lamb is tender. Remove the cover the last 15 minutes.
